Mitsubishi Motors - Partnership Marketing

Gill Marketing commenced the partnership marketing programme developed specifically for Mitsubishi Motors in 2003. Gill Marketing was challenged to increase the Shogun's presence within the UK's field sports community by ensuring that high net worth individuals had the opportunity to experience the vehicle both on and off road.

Gill Marketing established a 'win-win' relationship between Mitsubishi Motors and with two of the UK's leading sporting agents.

  • Over 25,000 high net worth individuals have now experienced the Shogun on shoot days since the partnership programme started in 2003.
  • The key benefits to the sporting agents were to significantly reduce their vehicle running costs with the use of subsidised Shoguns and to associate themselves with Mitsubishi Motors.
  • To reinforce the benefits for the Mitsubishi Shogun and leverage the relationship with the sporting agents a series of advertorials have been produced with Gill Marketing writing, directing and placing the advertorials. The resulting double page spread features have been widely used in a range of targeted titles within the country arena.
