November 2008
Gill Marketing has been appointed by Belmont Seed and Countryplan Ltd to look after their marketing needs which will include the development of a new brochure for 2008, creation of new adverts and undertake PR activities for both companies.
In addition the company has been appointed to design and create a new fashion catalogue for a ladies fashion boutique who will be celebrating their 30th anniversary next year.
October 2008
Gill Marketing has been appointed by Hodgson & Allon Ltd to undertake a full review of the companies branding and marketing needs. The first stages of this will be the development of a new corporate identity and logo, followed by a new website for the company. This will be followed by new signage for the manufacturing site and all the vehicles owned by the company and a new brochure.
Also a number of websites that Gill Marketing have developed have been updated including Scandic Foods and Purus Navitas. Gill Marketing recommends that as a bare minimum a company's website should be updated at least every 12 months.
September 2008
Gill Marketing develops new email newsletter campaign for Bauer Leisure. A new email template was developed maintaining consistency with the company's website ensuring that all the marketing messages are seamless. A new email newsletter will be sent out regularly to drive sales.
August 2008
Gill Marketing develops competition for Just Cartridges with Sporting Gun to continue gaining awareness for the company by giving away 10,000 cartridges to 10 lucky winners. The promotion lasts for 8 weeks with online entries and in print as shown below:

Gill Marketing gains coverage for the CPSA and the new GCSE in Clay Target Shooting in the Financial Times Weekend Magazine. The FT has a circulation of c.225k. Additional coverage for the same feature has appeared in nearly all of the country press titles aswell.

Gill Marketing wins Best Website 2008 Award at the IPC Shooting Industry Awards.
IPC are the publishers of Shooting Times, Sporting Gun, Shooting Gazette and many more magazine titles including The Field and Country Life.
The award of Best Website 2008 was given for the development and creation of a new website for Just Cartridges to replace the company's old website.

Gill Marketing appointed by Bauer Leisure to handle promotional activity and public relations for the Baron & Glengarnock ranges in the UK along with media buying for the range.
New advertorial series for Mitsubishi Motors has now started appearing in Sporting Shooter with the continuation of the "In the field" double page spread features. One of these is shown below:

New website for Just Cartridges.com. Complete redesign of current website including email newsletter facility. Charlie Bull commented...
"I am not easily impressed, but even I am impressed with our new website! Having finally been persuaded to change our original website which I thought was fine, I find that the new one has surpassed all my expectations. Gill Marketing were professional, efficient and user friendly to the point that before going 'live' I felt that very little needed changing, merely details. Coldkit UK Ltd - new leaflet and product launch - Refrigerated Wheelie Bins
Gill Marketing has helped Coldkit UK Ltd and partner in the project - Ice House Hire Ltd to develop a new brochure - including on location photography to demonstrate the product in its natural environment.
The brochure will be used as an insert in the key catering publication - Caterer and Hotel Keeper support with a series of adverts.
Ice House Hire's website was amended to incorporate new pages for the new launch - see www.icehousehire.co.uk as well as press releases being issued to core magazines within the sector.

Appointed to run the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust stand at the CLA Game Fair for the 3rd successive year.
Gill Marketing has managed and run the GWCT stand at the CLA Game Fair for the last 2 years although the Fair was cancelled last year there had still been over 6 months of planning and organisation that had been undertaken.
Gill Marketing will again be managing the stand for the GWCT at this years 50th CLA Game Fair at Blenheim Palace.

New Browning B525 - Setting the Standard brochure
Gill Marketing as worked closely with the Marketing Team at Browning to produce a 24 page brochure on the Browning B525 range of Hunting and Sporting Guns. (Click here for downloadable pdf.) - a key part of the companies marketing plans in 2008.


Gill Marketing as managed the project from inception including location photography, copy writing to the translation of the brochure into French, German, and Italian, with Spanish and Russian versions to follow.
The brochures have been printed in the UK using a brand new revolutionary process called 'Drip-off' Coating. The effect is all produced in-line, on one press, and gives much more lift and contrast to selected images than traditional varnishes, whilst maintaining accuracy and detail, but at a fraction of the cost.
This brochure has been entered into two prestigious awards for printing and design excellence in the UK and Europe.

Scandic Foods Ltd growth over last few years has been exceptional but the company believed that they were not utilising all their options available to grow their business and asked Gill Marketing to develop a website for the company that would allow potential customers a greater understanding of what they could develop and provide for their clients.
