The modular brooder hut range uses 2" thick polystyrene for increased insulation sandwiched between the treated 12mm exterior ply wall and the inner 4mm wall. Pukka Pens insulation system prevents chilling and draughts - ideal for the UK climate and for successful rearing. The large shed can hold 1800 - 2000 birds (0.25 - 0.22 sq.ft per bird) which helps to reduce rearing costs further.
